Miriam Brumer Sensuous drawings

Elbow Room, 9″ x 12″, ink on paper, 2018

Inspired by nature, Miriam Brumer creates sensuous drawings.  The drawings are layered and lush. They consist of intricate drawn lines that come together and become shapes that allude to anatomical forms.  Ink strokes fill the page while organic shapes engage and interact with each other, constructing abstract drawings that conjure an imaginative landscape.
