A PHILADELPHIA STORY  is an experimental documentary based on a true story that happened in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, sometime in the early 80’s. A story of crime, of rape and its aftermath.

Lili White is a painter and a filmmaker.  Influenced by art history; informed by Eastern philosophy and psychological theory, history, nature, myth, dreams, archetypal imagery and language.  Her visuals skew between the figurative and the abstract: impressions of a borderline area that simultaneously belongs to action, thought, and emotion — engaging the viewer to connect, discuss and interpret.
